Important Things to Know

  • The home is situated on Rossie Hill east of Main Street.  To get to the house you need to climb 35 stairs.
  • City transportation to all ski lifts is excellent and you don't really need a car to enjoy all the local attractions in Park City.
  • If you have a car, please park at the city lot near the Park City Municipal Building.  There is no parking directly adjacent to the home.
  • If you arrive in winter, we suggest you wear "sensible shoes" upon arrival, since we can't guarantee that the city has shoveled the stairs and walkway.
  • Please review the house floor plan below for specific sleeping accommodations.
  • The home has central heat, and although one would rarely need it in the summer, there is no air conditioning.
  • This house is NOT handicapped accessible.
  • Absolutely no pets and no smoking.
